Revocation Notice
Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us, Espuente GmbH, Am Linsenberg 6, 61352 Bad Homburg, Germany, Tel: +49 (0) 6172 26 58 502, Email: hello@espuente.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample revocation form or any other unequivocal statement on our website www.espuente.com. If you make use of this option, we will promptly confirm receipt of such revocation (e.g., by email).

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of Revocation If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the offered, least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your revocation of this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
